1. Introduction

2. Membership Fee (Non-Refundable)
All new users must pay a one-time membership fee of GHS 20. This fee is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. It covers hosting, servers, security, and system maintenance.
3. User Responsibility
Users must:
- Provide accurate details
- Enter correct recipient phone numbers
- Select correct network
- Ensure the client owes no airtime before placing MTN orders
- Read all instructions before ordering
No refunds will be issued for user mistakes (wrong number, wrong network, client owing, blacklisted numbers, etc.)
4. Data Orders
4.1 Correct Network
The phone number must match the selected network. No refund for mistakes.
4.2 MTN Rules
MTN will NOT deliver data to:
- Blacklisted numbers
- TurboNET / Router SIMs
- Company/Corporate lines
- Special service lines
- EVD lines
- Numbers not ported to MTN
- Numbers with outstanding airtime debt
If the client is owing MTN airtime, **the bundle will NOT be received. No refunds.**
4.3 Complaints
If a delivery fails due to our system error, complaints must be submitted before **12 PM the next day**. Late complaints are not processed.
5. Wallet & Payments
Payments must be made ONLY to:

Payments to other numbers are at the userโs own risk.
6. Multi-Level Earnings System
Our platform supports instant commissions:
- A fixed referral commission of **GHS 0.01** per order completed by your direct referral.
- Users earn **instant profit margins** from their downlines based on set buying prices.
- Instant profits are **added to wallet automatically** and can be **withdrawn at any time** following withdrawal rules.
Referral earnings + downline profit margins = total commission earnings.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued when delivery failure is confirmed as an internal system fault.
No refund when fault is from user, number, or network conditions.
8. Account Inactivity
Accounts inactive for 3 consecutive months may be deleted with any remaining wallet balance forfeited.
9. Product & Network Conditions
All bundle types (MTN, AirtelTigo iShare, BigTime, Telecel) follow network rules. Expiry terms and roll-over policies depend on the specific network.
10. Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by network outages or third-party failures.
